THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What is the process?
    It’s simple. After finding the prefect video book design, have us pre-load your video by clicking 'Done For You' Option to have a link sent to your email to either upload your films or provide online links you may already have (YouTube, Vimeo, galleries, WeTransfer etc.) The Memoir Album will be delivered to you ready to play creating a seamless viewing experience.
  • Can i personalise the cover?
    Yes! We've just launched our Personalized Memoir Albums. We use a hydraulic heat press to emboss your custom title into the cover ensuring a flawless finish.
  • How do I upload videos myself?
    Every Album comes loaded with an easy-to-follow tutorial video but here are the steps: 1. Connect your video book to any computer with the provided USB cable (included). 2. A new “LUSHMEMOIRS” drive should appear on your computer. Double click to open the device. 3. Copy your video(s) onto the device, just like how you would do it with any other USB drive. You can easily drag and drop new video files onto the drive or delete old video files off of it. 4. Safely eject and disconnect the USB cable. You’re ready to relive the big moments on The Memoir Album.
  • Can I upload multiple videos?
    Yes. Multiple videos will work. They will simply play one after the after. You can even skip between them by pressing prev/next buttons.
  • What about photos?
    The best way to display your photos on The Memoir Album is by turning them into a slideshow which will allow you to add your favourite songs alongside your images to provide a seamless experience. If you would like us to create the slideshow for you just leave a few of your favourite songs in the order notes for us.
  • Can I change videos/photos after they've already been uploaded?
    Of course! The Memoir Album is versatile. Simply connect your video book to any computer using the provided USB cable. Once connected and recognized by the computer, add or remove your videos and photos.
  • My video is on a DVD/Blu-ray Disc, can I do this?
    Yes, you can! We provide a DVD/Blu-Ray conversion service for this specific scenario. When placing your order select the DVD Conversion service and we'll send you details on where to send your discs. We'll convert them into digital files & pre-load them into your album, your DVD will be returned to you alongside your album.
